Compensation Overview
Earn while helping people connect
Community Ambassadors earn commissions for introducing people to the Love & Connections ecosystem. No minimum hours. No earning limits. Your earnings are based on the results you generate.
Event Referral
Earned when the attendee successfully registers and attends a Love & Connections event.
- ❤5 attendees = $40
- ❤10 attendees = $80
- ❤20 attendees = $160
- ❤30 attendees = $240
Love Clarity
Earned once the client has completed payment for a Love Clarity session.
Matchmaking
Earned once the client has completed payment and enrolled in a Matchmaking program.
Partnership & Sponsorship Bonus
Ambassadors who introduce approved partnerships, sponsorships, community collaborations, media opportunities, or strategic relationships may receive additional bonuses. Amounts are determined based on the value of the opportunity generated.

No earnings cap
Ambassadors are free to promote Love & Connections within their networks and communities. There is no limit to the number of referrals or commissions that can be earned.
Important note
Ambassadors are independent contractors compensated on successful referrals. Commissions are paid only on completed transactions and verified referrals — when the individual registers, purchases, or enrolls using the ambassador's unique referral link or code.

- What is the time commitment?
- Ambassadors set their own pace. Most contribute a few hours each week through outreach, events, and community conversations. There are no fixed hours.
- How is compensation structured?
- This is a performance-based, independent contractor role. Ambassadors earn commissions on qualified referrals across our services. Full compensation details are shared during onboarding.
- Is training provided?
- Yes. Every approved ambassador receives onboarding materials, brand guidelines, promotional scripts, and ongoing support from the Love & Connections team.
- What is expected of me?
- We expect warmth, integrity, and a genuine interest in helping singles build meaningful connections. Ambassadors represent our brand with care.
- Which locations are eligible?
- We currently welcome ambassadors across Canada and the United States, with a focus on major metropolitan areas. Apply from anywhere — we'll let you know.
